After completing his studies in mechanical engineering, Köhnemann held several management roles across industries, including automotive supply, special machine construction, and electronics production.
With a background in quality management and his work as a certified coach and team coach, he brings a strong understanding of both strategic development and the operational challenges caused by poor leadership.
