Greenwood Village, CO — Crestcom International is pleased to announce a new authorized licensee, Darryl McSwain. McSwain will now offer Crestcom’s award-winning and accredited leadership development programs to clients in Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler, Arizona.
Before joining Crestcom in 2025, Darryl McSwain served as Chief of Police for the Montgomery County Division of the Park Police in Silver Spring, Maryland. Before that, he served as an Assistant Chief with the Montgomery County Police, leading teams from 10 to 900 members.
He is a proud lifelong learner with a Master’s Degree in Administrative Management/Public Administration, and a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, the F.B.I. National Executive Institute, and the Major Cities Chiefs Association Police Executive Leadership Institute (PELI), respectively.
When asked why he joined the Crestcom network, McSwain explained, “I understand the challenges faced by leaders at every level, and I’m passionate about helping others develop the confidence, competence, and character to lead effectively.
