Joachim Schulz Transfers Area to Wolfgang Struensee and Martin Zursiedel

Greenwood Village, CO—Crestcom International is excited to announce a new Area Representative team overseeing franchisees in Germany and Austria. Long-tenured franchisees Wolfgang Struensee and Martin Zurseidel (Love2Lead GmbH) are taking over the well-established area.
Joachim Schulz (craft: leadership GmbH), the previous area representative for Germany and Austria, is retiring after an illustrious career with Crestcom that began in 2007. While overseeing the area, he expanded Crestcom’s network and generated over $55 million in sales. Crestcom recently honored Schulz with a lifetime achievement award for his work developing an impressive community of franchisees in Germany and beyond. Schulz selected two of his most successful franchisees as his successors as the area representatives of Germany and Austria.
Crestcom’s President, Julie Draguns, expressed her confidence in this team, saying, “Martin and Wolfgang’s work with Joachim Schulz and the entire Crestcom network has prepared them well, and Crestcom is very excited about this new chapter for Crestcom in Germany and Austria.”
Wolfgang Struensee joined the Crestcom network in 2012, and Martin Zursiedel joined in 2009. Together, they formed Love2Lead GmbH and look forward to building on Crestcom’s success in Germany and Austria.
When asked about this new venture, Struensee explained, “In recent years, I have seen many people grow personally through our training and coaching. It is a matter close to my heart to continue developing in this area. ”
Likewise, Zursiedel noted, “I believe we are living in challenging times, and positive leadership is more important than ever. In our new role, we have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the leadership culture in Austria and Germany.”
