Crestcom Named a Top 100 Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review

Independent Survey Shows Female Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Crestcom International’s Performance

Greenwood Village, CO, March 2025  – Crestcom International has been recognized by Franchise Business Review as a 2025 Top Franchise for Women. Only 100 brands were named to this prestigious annual list of award winners.

Crestcom International is a leadership development franchise with a mission to develop effective and equitable leaders worldwide. Crestcom franchise owners have provided leadership development to over one million managers in 60+ countries, partnered with over 30,000 client organizations, and impacted many lives — personally and professionally. Consistently recognized for its profitable and scalable franchise opportunity, Crestcom was also recognized as a 2025 Top Franchise earlier this year.

Franchise Business Review, a research firm that conducts independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, rates franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Crestcom was among 350 franchise brands, representing nearly 9,000 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the Top Franchises for Women.

Crestcom’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.

“Franchising is a fantastic option for women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis,” said Michelle Rowan, president and COO of Franchise Business Review. “ When you look at the brands on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Women, 88% of women said they enjoy being part of their franchise organizations and 3 out of 4 said they would recommend their franchise to others — powerful feedback for women considering the transition to business ownership.”

Crestcom understands the importance of supporting women in business and leadership. Julie Draguns, president of Crestcom International, explained, “We are incredibly honored to be recognized as a Top 100 Franchise for Women. At Crestcom, we believe that leadership excellence knows no boundaries, and we are committed to empowering women entrepreneurs with the tools, training, and support they need to thrive. This recognition reflects the dedication of our franchisees and their commitment to developing leaders in their communities every day.”
