Steve Coleman Joins the Crestcom Network

Crestcom International, LLC welcomes Steve Coleman to its global franchise network.

Greenwood Village, CO — Crestcom International is pleased to announce a new authorized licensee, Steve Coleman. He will now offer Crestcom’s award-winning and accredited leadership development programs to clients across British Columbia, including Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Delta, Chilliwack and Hope.  

Coleman is the President and Owner of Sterica Leadership Developers Ltd., an authorized licensee of Crestcom International. He is an experienced leader who is passionate about helping organizations transform their managers into effective, successful leaders.  

Coleman is an entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in Sales and Management roles. He specializes in leadership development, operational excellence, and strategic management practices. An active community leader, Coleman has volunteered on numerous Boards and committees over the years. He is currently on the Tourism Abbotsford Events Committee and is on the Board of Directors for Ledgeview Golf Course. 

When asked why he joined the Crestcom network, Coleman explained, “After completing the Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. program as a student in 2013, I began experiencing success in every area of my life. The business I ran quickly became more profitable year after year, and I was a more effective leader in running non-profit organizations in my community. As a youth sports coach, my style changed for the better and I saw myself more as a leader developing young people rather than just a coach trying to teach basic skills; it became a much more holistic approach. I discovered that I am very passionate about helping others achieve success the same way that Crestcom helped me achieve success.
