Greenwood Village, CO — Crestcom International is pleased to announce a new authorized licensee, Damon Thomas. Mr. Thomas will provide Crestcom’s accredited, award-winning leadership training in South Carolina.
Mr. Thomas is an Army veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm. Following his military service, he built a career in operations and logistics management. He has 30 years of experience leading large teams, including his most recent role as a General Manager of four successful service centers.
Mr. Thomas has an MS in Management and Leadership and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Development. A true believer in continuous learning, he is excited to bring his experience and knowledge to help organizations address challenges and develop their managers into leaders who get results.
Throughout his career, Mr. Thomas recruited, trained and led high-performance teams to deliver outstanding customer service, optimize operations and increase profit. He is committed to helping managers build their leadership skills and reach their full potential.
