Greenwood Village, CO— Crestcom International is pleased to announce a new authorized licensee, Matt Lis, President of RM Leadership Group, LLC, serving the Central Ohio area. Matt brings over 30 years of management experience in the engineering, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Matt graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and later earned an MBA from Miami University. He then worked in management roles for various companies, including Goodman Distribution and Palmer Manufacturing & Supply, Inc. He also served as General Manager and COO for Maus North America and Director of Service for Hennecke Polyurethane Technology.
When asked why he joined the Crestcom network, Matt shared, “In my career, I found that supervisors and managers were not receiving the training they needed to grow into great leaders. They typically have to learn this through the school of hard knocks. I decided to join the Crestcom network in 2022 after taking their Leadership Development program and witnessing the benefits firsthand.”
