He joins the Crestcom network as an authorized Crestcom licensee, President of World Premier Leaders Company Limited, delivering leadership development programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
With over fifteen years of experience, Toan has spent the last seven years as an executive manager in the Banking and Finance industry. Toan has also held multiple executive positions such as Vice President of Trung Hậu Group, and Deputy CEO of the Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Việt Á Bank.
More recently, Toan consults and facilitates leadership training for C-level clients such as VinGroup, FPT, Vietcombank, VietinBank, ACB, Hòa Bình Construction Group, OCB, MP Logistics, Aeon Corporation, Bollore Logistics, and Boehringer Ingelheim.
