GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Crestcom International, LLC is pleased to announce one of its newest franchisees, Darrin Stafford. He joins the Crestcom network as an authorized licensee to deliver leadership development programs in the Dallas-Fort Worth MetroPlex area.
Darrin has 25 years of experience in the retail industry. He held numerous roles, including Merchandise Manager, District Manager, Regional Training Manager, Market Manager, Regional Fuel Operations Manager, Director of Fuel Pricing, Senior Director of Facilities, and Maintenance and Vice President of Operations.
Throughout his career, Darrin has prioritized coaching, training, and mentoring. He has many years of experience in corporate franchising and has learned a great deal about success and failure through working with others.
“Now that I have my own franchise, I’m hoping to put my experience and leadership to the test. I’ve worked with many outstanding franchisees and have learned many valuable lessons. I feel the time is now to start helping others become better leaders,” Darrin said.
Darrin and his wife, Karen, have been married for 22 years. They have two kids, Sydney, 16, and Brady, 13. Darrin is originally from San Diego, California, and graduated from San Diego State University. After San Diego, Darrin moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After two years, he moved to Lewisville, Texas, where he and his family have lived for the past seven years.
