Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Consent Management
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze, and improve the Website and to support marketing and business development activities.
We utilize a consent management platform (CookieBot) that allows users to control whether non-essential cookies and tracking technologies are enabled. Except where required for Website functionality, cookies and trackers are intended to fire only after a user provides the appropriate consent.
You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time through CookieBot or via links provided on the Website.

ZoomInfo WebSights identifies companies, not individual persons. Data is considered anonymous at the individual level.

Google Calendar API Integration
Certain Website features allow users to add or update sessions or events in their Google Calendar.
We use the Google Calendar API with the following scope:
/auth/calendar – See, edit, share, and permanently delete calendars you can access using Google Calendar.
How It Works
- When users choose to add sessions to their Google Calendar, they are prompted to approve Google API access.
- Upon approval, we create or update calendar events on the user’s behalf.
- Users receive an email containing session details and an .ics file, along with an “Add to Google Calendar” button.
- The same process applies when sessions are updated or rescheduled.
Data Storage
- We store only the Google Calendar event ID associated with the created event, solely for the purpose of updating or modifying that event if changes occur.
By clicking “Add to Google Calendar,” users explicitly consent to this use of the Google Calendar API.
International Data Transfers
If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
